Total Package Price

Clear Labeling

To further enhance clarity, a label reading "Total Package Price" will be added to the same row as the statement type, aligned to the right. This label will provide users with immediate context, ensuring they understand that the displayed figure represents the complete cost of the booking.

Visual Distinction

The Total Package Price provides a concise summary of the entire trip's cost, offering a single, all‐inclusive figure for the traveler. To ensure clarity and prominence, the total price will be displayed at the top of the page, making it immediately visible and easily accessible for quick reference.

Component Pricing Summary

Clear Labeling

To further enhance clarity, a label reading "Component Pricing Summary" will be added to the same row as the statement type, aligned to the right. This label will provide users with immediate context, ensuring they understand that the statement will show an itemized breakdown of the trip.

Visual Distinction

The Component Pricing Summary focuses on providing detailed pricing information for each individual component in the booking. Unlike the Total Package Price, this version intentionally omits the overall trip cost, instead breaking down the pricing for each component.

Persona‐Specific View Management

Plex Interface

We need to incorporate two selection options—Total Package Price and Component Pricing Summary—into the PLEX interface to allow users to choose which pricing format to send to the client. These selection inputs should be positioned directly under the existing Email and Fax radio button fields to maintain logical grouping and streamline the selection process.
