Status

New Contract Deposit

'When the user clicks on the Status link, a dropdown menu will appear, allowing them to select an item labeled "New Contract Deposit."

Data Display

The data table will display only relevant information pertaining to new contracts, ensuring users see the most pertinent details for each entry. The data table will display all entries that are categorized as new contracts. The user can click on a specific contract to apply the initial deposit for that booking.

  • Add 'New Contract Deposit' to Status
  • Disable 'columns' filter
  • In the data rows, display the following:
    • Group ID Number only
    • Group Name and Group Name subtext
    • Departure Date only

Payment

Checkout

The user will be directed to a specialized Checkout page, specifically designed to facilitate the deposit for the New Contract, ensuring a streamlined and efficient payment process.

Confirmation

Success

After the user completes the payment, they will be redirected to a confirmation page that displays a message stating, "Your deposit has been successfully made."

In addition, the confirmation page will include a prompt encouraging the user to make another deposit, such as, "Make an additional payment."

Declined

If the payment fails, the user will be redirected to a page displaying a message that states, "Your payment has been declined." The page will also encourage them to try again with the prompt, "Please try making the payment again."
