Traveler Names

Booking Completion and Accuracy

Having all traveler names entered ensures that the booking process is completed accurately. This reduces the likelihood of errors and omissions that could cause issues later.

Guest Inquiries

Guest inquiries are disabled until traveler names are entered into a form. By requiring traveler names to activate the inquiry feature, the system encourages users to provide complete and accurate information from the outset

Hotel Card

Guest Information

In the hotel card, a section labeled "Guest Information" will prompt users to select the names of the Guest staying in the hotel.

Modal Window

User-friendly Selecton Process

Using a modal window allows for a focused interaction where users can select guest names from a populated list. This provides clarity and control over who is being registered for the stay.

Visual Feedback

Confirmation

After selecting guest names and clicking "Done". the Hotel card displays a confirmation message and shows the selected guest names in the Guest Information section. A circle checkmark will indicate to the user that they have successfully added the names.

Included is an option for users to edit the selected guest names if they need to make changes before finalizing the booking.

Simplify

Removing the booking and total card at the top will simplify the checkout page and make the Traveler Name section more prominent.

It's important to display the booking number at the top left of the checkout page while still simplifying and decluttering it
