Event Website Entry Point

Group Data Table

The event website setup is accessible directly from the Group data table through strategically placed buttons in the top action bar. These buttons provide a clear entry point for travel agents to either create or manage event websites, with distinct visual states that communicate the current status at a glance.

Initial Confirmation Modal

When users click the "Create Website" button, a confirmation modal appears to introduce the website creation process and secure user commitment before proceeding. This modal serves as a gentle gateway into the three‐step onboarding workflow, using personalized messaging to make the experience feel tailored and meaningful.

Modal Design Elements

Personalized Messaging:

  • Uses the actual couple's names from the group data ("Ready to activate Morgan and Jack's wedding website?") to create a connection between the booking and the website being created

Clear Action Choices:

  • "Not Now" button provides a respectful exit option, acknowledging users may want to return later without pressure
  • "Yes, I'm Ready!" uses encouraging language that builds momentum toward completing the setup process
