Entry Point

Setting the Tone

When a travel advisor lacks a website for a group, a prominent "Create Website" button invites them to start the process on the Group page. Upon clicking, a welcoming screen sets the tone with engaging visuals and a brief overview of the creation journey.

The key components of this flow are:

  1. Welcome Page (Theme Selection Gateway)
  2. Option for new users to take a guided walk‐through.
  3. Option for experienced users to skip directly to the dashboard.

Focusing on theme activation is a crucial step in getting users excited about creating the website for their client. The theme selection is not just a step, but the essential entry point for the website creation, even for experienced users who skip the initial welcome screen.

Theme Activation

Default Theme

When creating a website, users will first select a default theme:

  • Wedding
  • Vacation
  • Corporate

This streamlined process ensures experienced users can quickly activate a theme without browsing an extensive gallery upfront. Once the default theme is selected, users are prompted with two clear options:

  • "Build Your Website Now," which leads to a guided walkthrough for immediate setup.
  • "Go to Dashboard," whicn is ideal for users who may not have all the necessary details at hand. By choosing to go to the dashboard, users can save their progress and return to complete the website setup.

This approach prioritizes efficiency while offering flexibility, catering to both experienced users who value speed and new users who may want to explore more options later.
