Five Components
CGW will consist of five key components, each serving a specific purpose:

- Purpose: Guide travel advisors through setting up the event website.
- Features: Step‐by‐step instructions to streamline activation.
- Custom Group Website Dashboard
- Purpose: A hub for travel advisors to manage group event website efficiently.
- Functionality: Includes mini‐site management tools, and quick access to other components.
- Event Website
- Purpose: A dedicated group event website for the end‐user, the travelers.
- Functionality: Provides event‐specific details and serves as the platform for making room reservations.
- Booking Flow
- Purpose: Simplifies the process of booking group travel.
- Features: Includes booking and payment processing.
- Content Editor
- Purpose: Enables the customization of the event website.
- Features: Use‐friendly interface for editing text and adding images.
