The Hotel Booking Page is the user's first interaction with the booking process, making it crucial as the welcoming entry point. The clear heading "Book Your Stay" will set expectations.
This streamlined UI incorporates the following elements:
- Hotel Selection: If there are multiple hotels, visually distinct cards with a photo, name, and a brief description will display.
- Date Picker: A simple and user‐friendly date picker should allow users to select check‐in and check‐out dates easily.
- Room Selection: Include a dropdown or stepper control for selecting the number of rooms.
- Button: A clear call‐to‐action button labeled "Continue".
Terms & Conditions
- Prominent Placement: Ensure the T&Cs are visible and easily accessible on the booking page.
- Scrollable Text Box: Use a scrollable text box to display the full text of the T&Cs.
- Checkbox Requirement: Include a checkbox that users must select to confirm they have read and agree to the T&Cs before proceeding with the booking.

The Booking Process
The booking process is structured in two distinct phases.
- First phase: 'Selection and Configuration' allows users to customize their travel package by choosing accommodations, transportation, and activities. This phase concludes with a comprehensive review of all selections.
- Second phase: 'Booking and Payment' guides users through providing necessary traveler information, considering travel protection options, and completing the payment process.
