The 'Preview & Share' button serves as the gateway from the Quote Builder into the Preview & Share Interface. When travel advisors click this button, they transition from the construction environment (Quote Builder) into the presentation environment (Preview & Share).

What Advisors Always See First

This is crucial for consistency and user expectation. The "Preview & Share" button on the Quote Builder page is the gateway that takes travel advisor from their working environment into the client‐facing preview mode.

Default Landing State: When agents click "Preview & Share," they will always arrive at:

  • Full View (selected by default)
  • Sidebar collapsed (closed state)
  • Complete itinerary preview (visible)
